Joey, Open-cell spray foam insulation should cost between $2.00 and $2.50 per square foot to spray 3.5 inches in walls and 5 to 5.5 inches in ceilings, roof decks, floors and overhangs. This varies according to where you are... here in the southeast... Northern VA/Washington DC is more like $2.50. NC is more competitive is generally under $2. Here in TN open cell is around $1.65-$1.75 in 2x4 walls and a $1.90-$2.00 in the roof and crawlspace. Closed cell is about $1 every inch | ||||
