Combining one full bath and half bath together...

I was wondering if anyone had any input on combining a half bath and full bath together. The house is about 1060 sqft with one and a half baths. The half bath is accessible via the hallway and the full bath is accessible from the master bedroom and through the half bath via a sliding door. Would it make sense to combine the half and full bath to make it just one nice full bath with a double sink?

NO, you need to talk to a local real estate appraiser or at least experienced real estate agent. More buyers would prefer to have a separate half-bath in the hallway. By combining, you will not only waste money, but might make room design obsolete and will loose money selling the home.
That is true, even if you're not planning to sell your house now or in the nearest future.
